Our Classic cider, now referred to as ‘The Draught Horse’, is a blend of our farm-grown heritage cider apples and dessert apples sourced from the Bay of Plenty and Hawkes Bay, blended to be a medium style cider. This gives the cider that contemporary Kiwi Style with an English Twist.

APPLES: Heritage Cider Apples, Baraeburn and Granny Smith.

FERMENTED AND MATURED IN: Stainless Steel.

AVAILABLE IN: 330ml and 500ml Bottles.
COMING SOON: 20L and 50L Kegs.

Made from Dessert apples this Cider is dry with a quick finish on the palate giving the refreshing thirst quenching taste of a typical Kiwi Style Cider.

A Limited Edition Vintage Cider made each year with our farm grown Heritage Cider Apples and blended with a little dessert apple for balance. The 2020 Vintage is a medium-sweet cider matured in french oak, with subtle oak tannins and caramel notes, with flavours similar to an ice cider. Slightly dryer than our 2019 Show Pony. This cider is for the connoisseur.

APPLES: Kingston Black, Yarlington Mill, Stokes Red, Mother in Law, Slack Ma Girdle, Tom Putt to name a few.

FERMENTED IN: Stainless Steel.
MATURED IN: Oak and Stainless.
